Our story
A handshake is as important as a written proposal.
Denny Mando founded the company in 1977. Today Dean Mando leads it, and the values have not changed: honesty, integrity and going the extra mile for every client.
We design, fabricate, install, start up and maintain commercial heating, cooling, hydronic and refrigeration systems from our Troy, Michigan base. Denny's carries the 2B state boiler certification and runs its own sheet metal shop.
